If you don't have a garden - no problem, you can still cook healthy and fast food with our quick recipes by shopping at a local farmers market or your local produce market.
Our delicious garden-to-table easy organic recipes have all been created and tested in our kitchen on our farm, Stargazer Perennials in Eastern Oregon. As an opportunistic cook, I developed my easy recipes using primarily what is fresh and in season paired with complimentary fresh herbs and organic spices.
Contrary to popular belief, cooking fresh, healthy food does not have to be difficult or expensive. We are all are short on time in the kitchen, so we've include quick cooking tips and cooking techniques to help shorten your time in the kitchen.
